Fire Resistant Hooded T-Shirts for NFPA2112 CAT2 Work
This FR hooded T-shirt in a camo two-tone style provides a perfect and comfortable fit. It is made of 7.1oz 100% cotton knit mid-weight smooth fabric that is flame resistant, treated with FR aramid threads. The shirt features an eyecatch FR tag on the sleeve pocket and a UL tag on the inseam.
The fabric has been pre-washed and pre-shrunk to prevent any shrinking or distortion after washing, and it is also wrinkle-free, making it easy to maintain.
This work shirt meets or exceeds the standards for HRC2 (Arc Rating ATPV 11.6 Calories/cm2) and the requirements of the NFPA2112 Standard on Flame Resistant Garments for Protection of Industrial Personnel Against Flash Fire, 2012 Edition. It is NFPA2112, NFPA70E, and ASTM F1506 classified by UL.
The shirt can withstand up to 100 washes while maintaining the appropriate level of protective gear. It is suitable for welders, fitters, ironworkers, electricians, and other industrial workers, as well as for use at home.
In addition to the FR hooded T-shirt, we offer a range of flame-resistant jackets/hoodies, uniform and plaid shirts, and knit shirts, all of which are designed to provide enhanced safety and durability.
The FR jackets/hoodies include options such as a duck-insulated FR jacket, FR fleece hoodies in pullover and zipper styles, and lightweight FR hoodies. These garments meet HRC2/CAT2 or HRC3/CAT3 standards with ATPV ratings ranging from 9.5 to 38 Cal/cm2.
The FR uniform and plaid shirts are made of 6.5oz to 9.5oz cotton twill, meeting HRC2/CAT2 standards with ATPV ratings from 8.2 to 11 Cal/cm2. They feature water/oil repellent, pre-washed, and wrinkle-free properties.
The FR knit shirts, ranging from 5.5oz to 7oz in weight, are made of 100% cotton and meet HRC2/CAT2 standards with ATPV ratings of 8.0 to 11.6 Cal/cm2. They are also machine washable, pre-washed, and wrinkle-free.
Additionally, we offer a selection of FR high-visibility garments, including shirts, coveralls, hoodies, and pants, which meet HRC2/CAT2 or HRC2/CAT2 standards with ATPV ratings from 9.8 to 21 Cal/cm2. These garments are pre-washed and wrinkle-free.
