Our Garments are tested and certified NFPA 2112-2023 & NFPA 70E. Our flame-resistant 6.5oz cotton plaid shirts are made for welders, fitters, ironworkers, electricians, and other industrial workers, even for home use. They can be used for any kind of industrial and construction work. These shirts feature FR buttons and are stitched with FR sewing threads for added safety, with an eye-catching FR tag on the pocket.
This flame-resistant garment meets or exceeds the standards for HRC2/CAT2, with an Arc Rating ATPV of 8.2 Calories/cm2. It also complies with the requirements of the NFPA2112 Standard on Flame Resistant Garments for the Protection of Industrial Personnel Against Flash Fire, 2012 Edition, as well as the safety standards set by NFPA70E and ASTM F1506.
The fabric is pre-washed and pre-shrunk to prevent any shrinking or distortion after washing, and it is also wrinkle-free, making it easy to maintain a neat and professional appearance. As a bonus, we have included a small sample inside the package for customers to try out the FR properties firsthand.
In addition to our flame-resistant plaid shirts, we offer a variety of other flame-resistant garments, including knit shirts, hoodies, jackets, and high-visibility options. Our products are designed to prioritize safety in the workplace, with HRC2/CAT2 or HRC3/CAT3 ratings and ATPV values ranging from 8.0 to 38 Calories/cm2.
